1. Is GIFT' EM an online store only or there is a physical shop available?

2. What are the working hours?

- Shop is opened (Saturday - Thursday) from 10:00 – 19:00.

Note: Ramadan Timing: 12:00PM - 12:00AM.

 

3. Why do I need to make an account?

You need to have an account to place any order through the application. It is very easy to make one, you need to fill basic contact information and then you will receive One Time Pass (OTP) on the registered email and phone number. Account registration is free of cost and will help you to recall personal information for future orders.

 

4. What is email verification?

A verification email will be sent to the registered email upon creating an account. It is recommended to verify the email after registration; however email verification will be required in case you need to reset account password.

 

5. What do I need to do if I forgot my login email & password?

In case you forgot your password, then you need to click on forgot password button where you will receive an email with reset password instructions. In case you forgot your login email, then please contact us and we will share with you your registered email.

 

6. What can I order from the application?

There are two main categories which are independent of each other:

- Gifts Catalog: you can select the required gift from a wide collection of exquisite floral arrangements & luxurious tasty chocolates.

- Gifts Wrapping: you can wrap yours gifts from a collection of ready trendy wrapping styles or you can customize your own wrapping styles.

 

7. Why I can not combine items from the (Gift Catalog) and (Customized Wrapping) in shopping cart ?

Shopping cart for “Gift Catalog” is different from the shopping cart for “Gift Wrapping”. If you want to place an order from both categories and delivery will be to the same location address then you need to place 2 different orders and we will be refunding delivery charge of one order (you will be only charged once!).

 

8. Can I remove products or change quantities from the cart?

Yes you can do that, you will be able to increase/decrease quantities and delete any item from the cart.

 

9. How to know my order status?

You will be getting notifications of your order status as it is processing (example: Order is confirmed, processing, completed…etc). In addition to that, in case you block application notifications you can go to My Orders and see the order status as well.

 

10. What is Gift Pickup & Delivery Locations?

- Gift pickup Location is only applicable for Gift Wrapping section, where you need to enter the location and we will come and pick your gift and then take it to shop and wrap it!.

- Gift Delivery Location is the designated location where you want your order to be delivered.

Note: Gift pickup is available within Abu Dhabi; however we have delivery to all over UAE.

 

11. Is there any particular time for delivery?

- For orders delivery within Abu Dhabi, we can deliver them within the same day, or any selectd  date.

- For orders delivery outside Abu Dhabi, a minimum of one day advance notice is required to deliver the order (please note that there is no delivery on Fridays).

Note: you will be contacted to ensure that your order is delivered on time!

 

12. Can I select Gift Pickup and Gift Delivery Dates?

Yes, you can select the preferable gift pickup and delivery dates during order checkout.

 

13. Are there pickup & delivery charges?

Yes, pickup and delivery charges are available and will depend on the location. They will appear on the pickup & delivery pages upon location selection.

 

14. What is the mode of delivery?

- There are two modes for delivery:

  • Shop Delivery.
  • Courier.

 

15. What is special comments in details page?

Special comments include minor changes you like to make to that item such as color change for roses, ribbons, wrapping paper…etc or something you want to inform us about your order.

 

16. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Once the order is placed, you will not be able to make any changes. However once a change is required, please call us immediately 0504206602 and we will try to help depending on the order status and whether there will be any additional charges or not.

 

17. Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order by going to “My orders” then select the order you need to cancel and then click Cancel Order.

 

18. Will I be able to get my money back if I cancel my order?

Yes you will be able to get your money back, however; there might be some deductions depending on the order status. In case there is any deduction, a pop up window will appear with deduction percentage % before proceeding.

 

19. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

The refund will be made only through the original mode of payment.

 

20. What is the return and refund policy?

Please visit our terms & conditions page to see the details. In general, the order can be returned and refund will be given if the order was delivered with error or the order is damaged during delivery.

If the order is received by the customer, then the order cannot be returned or refunded.

 

21. Is there any discount or offers?

You are always recommended to click on “Discounts & Offers” button in application to see if there is any promotions available. In Case there is any, just use the promo code available during order checkout and discount will be applied.

 

22. Can I select my greeting card and then write a message on it?

Yes, you can see the available greeting cards categorized based on occasions, just select the one you need and write your message.

 

23. Will I be charged for greeting cards?

No, greeting cards are complimentary with your order and it will be provided for free.

 

24. Is there any live chat service available?

Yes, live chat will be available during working hours (10:00AM-10:00PM) to answer your questions/clarifications. While in Ramadan, it will be available from 12:00pm - 12:00am.

 

25. How can I customize my gift wrapping?

There are two options for customized gift wrapping, either to wrap the gift in a box or to wrap it immediately with wrapping paper.

- For Wrapping including Box:

  • Select the required box size > Select box shape > Select wrapping paper > Select Ribbon color > Select Extras (optional).

- For Wrapping without a box:

  • Select your gift size > Select wrapping paper > Select Ribbon > Select Extras (optional).
